A wine on its way to the classic sforzato style, where rather than partially drying out the grapes, the fruit's simply left on the vine to ripen and further develop its sugars before harvesting. From there, a wine of serious concentration and depth is produced. In the classic Ar Pe Pe style, there's delicacy to the fruit and integration of acidity and tannin. Perhaps one of our all-time favourites of the region.
