Cantina Marilina is placed at the very southerly tip of Sicily on the Eastern coast, close to the profoundly beautiful town of Noto in the province of Syracusa. It’s a large operation of around 60 hectares, with half under vine favouring strict organic methods of production and the other 30 hectares used for a selection of crops and animals. All intended to eschew conventional practices and promote diversity.
