Domaine de Trévallon
Rouge 2007

'£157'

For us, a wine that defines Provencal reds. Immense, with seemingly endless nooks and crannies of herbs, earth, and spice to peer into. Time in bottle has softened its edges, allowing something a little tertiary to creep in and add to the symphony of flavours. We don't say it often but this may well be life changing wine.
