Whose traditional bottle fermented Lambrusco's speak of a different way of living and drinking. One of our very favourite Lambruscos. Herbal, with vibrant red and pink fruit and persistent, mousseux bubbles. A light red / dark rosé iteration. It offers deep refreshment for a myriad of occasions whilst also restoring faith in the term Lambrusco. The people of Emilia Romagna can sleep easy again.
