Pierre Bourlier
Les Chambés 2019

After working with Ardeche greats Gilles Azzoni and Domaine des Miquettes, Piere Bourlier found himself a humble site of just 1.5ha of vines to settle in northern Ardeche, just a stone's throw from Saint Joseph. And while he's looking to expand his production, for now we're enchanted with this humble production of lovely wines. A little density gives structure to otherwise delicate fruit, just lightly browned and textured along the edges.
