MUZ is an herbal and vinous expression of vermouth
. Some sweetness and great fruit texture is balanced by a wild, nearing-volatile-but-not-quite acidity. Oxidative white wine is blended with multi-vintage red and a mix over 50 spices & botanicals sourced from Torino, and then infused in alcohol for around two months.

of the indigenous (and in some cases rare or near forgotten) varieties from the region, including trepat
