Pinot Gris - Riesling 2019

A blend of 50/50 riesling and pinot gris from two neighbouring vineyard sites with alluvial, gravelly soils of Waipara in New Zealand. Both varieties are vinified together, starting with foot crushing whole bunches and left for 7 days on the skins, then the wine is pressed off into stainless steel where it mellows out for 18 months on its lees.
