After having spent time under the tutelage of
Michel Guignier and
Cyril Le Moing this young couple found 2.5 hectares in
Rablay-sur-Layon to call their own. From 30yr old vines grown on gravely soils. It's a lean and mineral expression of chenin with pretty and delicate young orchard fruit. A bright start for the young vignerons.
