Le Coste
Bianco (Magnum) 2020

A blend of Procanico and Malvasia from vines around fifty years old planted over volcanic soils. Blended with some Pedino, Vermentino, Romanesco and Ansonica. It sees a short maceration of just a few days, before being pressed off to old barrels to rest for a year. Certainly a fresher vintage but still plenty of that hallmark zesty citrus drive we know and love with these two. Aromatics abound as does the salinity.
