From our project with Si Vintners. Using their vines in
Calatayud, Spain. 80-120 year old vines of
Garnacha at around 1000m above sea level on Pizzaras (local name for Slate). Furthermore the vineyard has never seen herbicides or pesticides. This medium bodied red has plenty of spritzy dark fruit, a little tertiary edge, plummy and ripe.
