The first vintage of Bois Guyon that's seen its fruit go into tank as whole bunches, macerated for 10 days and then pressed slowly over 24-48 hours. A wine of wonderful charm and brightness, with a touch of tomato leaf and iodine adding complexity to the pretty, berried fruit structure. Incredibly light with a gentle structure that brings it into the realm of greatness.
