in the juice of pinot blanc
. A 3 week long infusion results in an intriguing yet relaxed and delightfully light red wine that delivers a young but deeply drinkable pinot noir
. Exciting to see wines of this nature being produced in this country. We believe Daniel Ham is one to watch in the coming years.
