Gilles and Antonin make a tiny amount of the most nourishing wines from their home in
Ardeche. I couldn't quite believe just how much this wine felt like it was doing me 'good' at the tasting. Gentle spice from the
syrah, deep brooding fruit from the
grenache and a reassuringly savoury finish.
