Made from a selection of Joan Ramons separate parcels of chenin, macabeo, parellada and garnacha blanca. Macerated for 5 days together in concrete tank underground then a gentle basket press before returning to concrete for elevage.

A wine that needs a gentle tease out of the bottle to show its potential. A short airing will yield clementine, nectarine, bags of stoney fruit, a persistent vegetal character and smacks of salinity from the calcareous soils so ubiquitous in Conca de Barberà. A wine of real energy and generosity.
