Alice Bouvot's wines are coveted and salivated over by mobs of natural wine lovers the world over. A dizzying number of cuvee's are produced in her tiny chai in Arbois. She ardently practices biodynamic viticulture in her own tiny pocket-sized plots of vines found in the north of Jura. For her negoce projects she relies on fruit from friends in Bugey, Roussillon, Provence, Beaujolais and Alsace! These wines are often blended and follow a similar path of maceration, vinification and elevage. The results however are always distinctly Alice. Mineral, perfumed, beguiling and wildly drinkable. Demand is high and allocations low.
