Domaine Macle feels like a deeply personal experience; Laurent Macle has been trying his hand at new approaches in the vines and in the cellar since taking over the domaine some 20 years ago. As such, wines like the
2015 chardonnay sous-voile were born: a bone
dry white with oxidative characteristics and a richness that coats the palate. This wine, like everything coming from the Macle chai, is this immense experience to drink now, but could easily outlive us all.
