Noble Fine Liquor
They Only Call It "Wild" Swimming In London Mixed Pack 2022

'£101'

A few wines inpired by warm days spent waterside. I'm thinking sticky days relieving your scorched torso in a cool pool, laying down in tall grass on a river bank, evenings spent watching the moon glisten in the ocean's ripples.

Patrick Bouju & Justine Loiseau - G&M This wine is a crisp morning that turns into a blistering afternoon. The lifted acidity and plush apricots unfold into heady aromatics and chewier fruit. All levelled out by a gentle, rustic tannin that creeps in with every mouthful and structures the ripe fruit.

Catherine Dumora (L'Egrappille) - Mo(s)o Dumora's wines are pastoral, potion-like and powerful. The Mo(s)o is full of sticky wild, red flowers, reminiscent of the deeply natural meadows which surround her vines in Lamontgie. This rose is full of that rugged bucolic energy, offering kumquat zestyness and refreshment in bountiful amounts.

Christtoph Lindenlaub - Je Suis Au Jardin Unlike my love for Muscat, this wine has some restraint. Something in it's twinklling purity and delicate, withheld white florals is reminiscent of moonlight and powdery, night-flowering jasmine. This wine is like a cool night after a hot day - full of freshness and soothing minerality.
