Named after Michel’s trusty draught horse, this cuvee starts with the old vines dotted around Michel’s home in Vauxrenard. A wine of immense clarity and purpose, profound concentration, and delicate features. Perhaps the cuvee that made me fall in love with the wines of Guignier, and one we feel very lucky to have today.
