An angel amongst us! Cedric Garreau makes wine from a little converted barn and a tiny chai behind his house in Anjou. He is truly lovely; warm, inviting, open, expressive, with kind eyes and a gentle spirit. And he’s handsome!

Since he started in 2010, he’s been a celebrated member of his local community as well as the natural community at large, producing wines of tradition like his Anjou Rouge and Blanc, but also producing some quirkier wines like his red blends or pet nat chenins. Since 2017 he’s stopped using any sulfites in his wines, and for good reason: they simply don’t need it. Rock solid wines of terroir, of character, and of wonderful approachability, just like the man himself.
