Brothers Francesc and Joan Ferre carry the torch of nearly 200 years of family history in Corbera, a subregion within Tarragona in Catalunya. They farm their estate together in the tradition of their ancestors, who before them weren’t producing wine but rather a variance of agricultural products native to the region. In the beginning, farming was organic and respected the delicate balance of the ecosystems present on the land. Today, that same philosophy is applied to farming and shines through in the wines: ever saline, mineral-rich, and expressive.
